The Bash shell environment based on a multitude of codes to display certain colors. As it is impossible to know all of them, here’s a script that allows the display as a table. This will then allow you to embellish a little your command line or scripts.
To use this script, open a terminal and run the following commands:
chmod +x color-bash.sh
An example of use where we can see the addition of \ 033 in each color code:
echo -e “\033[31m RED \033[0m”
